WHAT IS KM CARES?

KM Cares Community Campaign was established to support community involvement, local organizations, and sponsorships through KM Premier Real Estate.

As your neighbors here within the Coastal Bend, we aspire to be as involved within the community as we possibly can. So much so, that KM Cares was established for that very reason. With the help of our KM family and the community we have been able to host backpack drives, turkey drives, and much more. We only hope to participate in a variety of community-based organizations and always seek to offer support by donations or commuity involvement. There is no better fulfillment to us than the opportunity to give back to the amazing people of this city.

From volunteering at the USO to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our troops and their families, serving up nourishing meals and heartfelt support. Bask in the joy of serving those who serve this country.

KM CARES 10K SCHOLARSHIP

Education is the essence of ultimate growth and unity and we believe everyone should have an opportunity to achieve their dreams. It was a great honor to award 10 hardworking students with the first ever KM Cares Scholarship for students aiming to pursue a higher education or trade, fall of 2023. 10 students throughout the Coastal Bend were awarded a scholarship amounting to $1,000 to cover educational expenses.

It was truly a heartwarming experience to be able to award these students and connect with the community!

KM CARES HALLOWEEN FESTIVITIES 2023

TULOSO MIDAWAY TRUNK OR TREAT

From Astronauts to werewolves, our Halloween sure, one for the books! We opened the Halloween Season by participating in Tuloso Midway’s Trunk or treat. This is one event that never disappoints, due to the creativity each little one displays in their costumes.

Portland Annual Boo Bash

This yearly celebration is full of laughter, community, and spook-tacular sites. Our agents geared up for this highly anticipated event by gathering candy, ordering decor, and getting some scar-tastic costumes. It was truly an honor to be present and welcomed in the Portland community. Huge thank you to the City of Portland, for making this event so amazing!

Flour Bluff Trunk Or Treat

Our mischievous minions were up to all the good at the Flour Bluff Trunk or Treat. Although cold, this event was filled with wonderfully put together costumes and a great turn out. Our minions rocked their colorful tutus and had the opportunity to hand out a great deal of candy. We can not wait to celebrate with the community of Flour Bluff again next year!
