Hi, I’m Ashley Babbitt, a Corpus Christi native, REALTOR®, and the proud founder of the Wildflower Realty Team at KM Premier Real Estate.

I’ve spent my entire life in the Coastal Bend, so I know this community far beyond what you can find on a map. I have more than seven years of real estate experience, along with a background in the title industry that gives me a valuable understanding of what happens from contract to closing. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, relocating, investing, or searching for the perfect coastal getaway, I’ll make sure you feel informed, supported, and protected every step of the way.

Real estate is personal to me. My clients aren’t transactions or numbers, they’re people making big decisions about their lives, families, and futures. I believe in honest advice, strong communication, creative problem-solving, and working hard even when nobody is watching.

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom of five, a graduate of the Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program and Leadership Corpus Christi Class 54, and an active volunteer in our community. I love country dancing, life near the coast with my chickens and my dogs, and finding ways to serve the people and place I call home.
