I've always had a passion for real estate and finally fulfilled my dream. I believe my mother had something to do with that. Born & raised in Corpus, I went to several different schools and lived in different neighborhoods due to my mothers passion to invest in real estate starting in the 1970s up until 2019. She would buy a fixer/upper, we'd live in it for awhile, then rent it out, buy another and repeat the process, eventually owning several rental properties around Corpus.
Understanding the needs/wants of home buyers/sellers is very important to me. I too have gone through different stages in my life of buying/selling a home as a newlywed, as a growing family, as an empty nester, as a single person, as a personal vacation investment and as rental property.
What I like about living, working & playing in the Corpus area is that it feels small but has everything that a bigger town offers; sports, theatre, parks/trails, beaches, boating, concerts, museums, water parks, yearly events & visitor attractions and jobs. People come from all over to vacation & work here. We also have a top rated college & university.
On a personal note, for the past 25 years I have been working as an RN at our local Children's hospital caring for the children of South TX. I've also had the privilege of teaching nursing students at the local university. I have 3 grown children, a grandson and 2 furbabies. Enjoy traveling all over Texas and snorkeling/scuba diving in the Caribbean, spending time with family/friends, trying out new foods, sunsets on the beach. I'm an animal advocate and try to help abandoned/neglected furbabies as much as possible
